Find a mentor for life

 

Mentors are very important for upward growth in life. They are ready to help you save time by sharing their experiences. You can pitch your ideas and get quality inputs and feedbacks from them for your growth and development. Finding a mentor is like finding a treasure, its a journey. 

First of all you need to create space for mentor in your life, you should be ready to listen to and take guidance from someone who has already been there and done that. Once you create space then you need to search for mentors, find people who are at least two levels higher than you are and ask them if they have the time and interest for being a mentor. 

Its a beautiful relationship which is built on trust and mutual respect.
